The Sutras Series

Sutras is where two processes coalesce from previous work – Sumi-scapes and 60,000 Positive Thoughts.  While I apply sumi-ink onto the kozo paper with large brush strokes, I embody positive thoughts and co-ordinate the rhythm of my breath with the brush movements. The synthesis of form, breathing, and mindful awareness has become a “woven” textile on paper which resonates with vibrant energy.
